Landlords protection
For landlords, the policy offers a flexible package of cover for buildings, contents, or limited contents (where a property is to be let unfurnished). Specially designed for let property, the cover includes both landlords’ liability and employers’ liability - both of which are not normally included in an equivalent owner-occupier policy.

Tenants protection
If you are a tenant and therefore do not own the home that you live in, our tenants’ policy can cover your contents and personal possessions as well as damage to your landlords’ buildings and contents. This policy is specific to the risks likely to be encountered when you rent a property and is available to all tenants including students.
