How it works

The process of selling your investment property through the IPEX™ scheme is no different to that of selling a property with vacant possession on the open market, although the process is expedited by the fact that there is usually no chain.

It is open to all landlords whether current clients of Jordan’s or not.

Once you have instructed us to market your property on the IPEX™ scheme we will commence our marketing and ensure that:
 
Your property is matched to our existing database of either new or existing Landlords who are looking for an investment property and registered with us
Our IPEX for sale sign will be erected at the property to give you 24 hour coverage within the market
Your property will be advertised on this website and other leading property portals including www.rightmove.co.uk ensuring maximum exposure
Local press advertising will be undertaken
Your property is displayed in the local Jordan’s office
A weekly listing of all available properties is produced and available either from within the nationwide Jordan’s branch network, on request via the phone or downloadable from the internet
You are kept fully up to date with activity and also provided with feedback from viewings that take place
We can also arrange for your property to be auctioned through Harman Healy Auctioneers – the 4th largest auction house in the Country.
