.As some properties are available to buy through our auctioneers Harman Healy you will also receive their auction catalogue, giving details of forthcoming auctions and properties available at those auctions.
Once you are successful in purchasing your property through Jordan’s IPEX™, should you wish your local Jordan’s branch to continue collecting the rent or indeed managing the property you
may receive a discount on the monthly percentage fee until the end of the existing tenancy.
